1. This need not be limited to Christmas, but you can create a wreath of photos – unframed attach pictures to a surface in a random circle – it makes a really nice informal display too funny images

2. Black and white photographs framed in a white or black frame with a large white mount and positioned at regular intervals, eg. 8 photo frames across and 3 down makes an impressive display.

3. Create a gallery wall: the upstairs landing or stair well wall is perfect for displays of family photos – you can see them regularly but they are not overwhelming. The goal for regularity on one aspect – be it size or style frame or the color of the frame, but the rest can vary – for fun, interest and to prevent it looks too regular basis.

4. Create a great collage by cutting out lots of pictures and stick them together on top of them too. Include pictures with funny expressions too. Use a large mount and frame and the perfect place for this is the kitchen – every time you look at it, you’ll see a different photo which will give a different happy memory.

5. You can now buy photo prints, which includes a picture of a tree and small images can be placed in the image space of each branch – great for teaching young children about the previous generations.
